US Orders:
We ship all orders over $5 using the United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Tracking numbers are on Priority Packages. In-stock items will be shipped within 2-5 business days. Priority Shipping usually arrives in 2-3 days from mailing date, but may take up to 5 during holidays. Orders under $5 will ship USPS Standard Mail. Standard USPS can take up to 2 wks for delivery in some areas, such as California. International shipping is extra. Customer must approve shipping quote cost before the package is mailed on International orders.
To obtain tracking numbers on US orders: Obtain this number within 4 business days from the order purchase date by refering to the order tracking email automatically sent when your order is placed. You may visit the United States Postal Service at www.usps.com to track your order. International orders may be sent USPS www.usps.com) or Fedex (www.fedex.com), depending on the customers shipping choice. (Ramps and Personalized Clocks are shipped from affiliate distributors and may not follow the above posted shipping procedure)

USPS AIR MAIL: Once the package ships, allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. This is the least expensive route, but will take the longest for delivery. USPS Air does not provide tracking numbers or insurance, therefore you will be shipping at your own risk. Dachshund Gifts.com is not responsibel if the package is damaged, delayed, lost, or stolen, USPS will investigate a packages location, but it may take up to 60 days for a response and there is no guarantee on the package unless you ship USPS Express. The buyer/customer is responsibe for any and all duties or taxes their country may charge on imports.
USPS GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL: Avaiable on small items with a weight of less then 4 pounds only. Once the package ships, allow 1 week for delivery. This is a reasonable shipping route if the package size and weight requirements fit. Dachshund Gifts will use this method when at all possible. Global Priority provides a delivery tracking number, but NOT Insurance, therefore you will be shipping at your own risk. Dachshund Gifts.com is not responsibel if the package is damaged, delayed, lost, or stolen, USPS will investigate a packages location, but it may take up to 60 days for a response and there is no guarantee on the package unless you ship USPS Express. USPS CANADA MAIL: Once the package ships, it will be delivered within 7 working days via USPS Air Mail. There is no tracking or insurance on the package. If insurance/tracking is needed, please use FedEx or Express Mail option. Packages Returned to us from Postal Service:
If packages are returned to our store by the postal delivery service due to a customer's error in the shipping address, will will have to charge your credit card for the shipping amount again. We will email you for confirmation and address correction before any charges will occur. If it is our error, we will reship the package for Free.
*There is a $10.00 restocking fee for cancelled orders.

Exchange Policy
We will happily exchange any non-personalized product. Please let us know what product(s) you will be exchanging for and the reason for the exchange before you ship the product(s) back. At that time, we will let you know how much, if any, additional shipping charges will be needed for the new product(s) shipment. The new product(s) will be shipped to the same address as the first products unless otherwise advised. Returns can be mailed back to us using any safe shipping means the customer chooses at the customer's expense.

Return Policy
All non-personalized products may be returned within 60 days for a refund. We must be notified of the return before it is shipped back to us. We can not refund shipping costs. Shipping charges are spent at the time the package is shipped out and therefore, are not refundable. The refunded amount will be credited back to the customer's credit card. If the customer paid via check or money order, we will refund the customer in the form of a check or money order. Refund proof will be mailed to the customer's "Bill To" address. Returns may be mailed back to us using any safe shipping means the customer chooses at the customer's expense.
